Welcome to our website. We, Ltd “Zimori Knives”, represent a Georgian company producing knives. All models of knives are designed by us. We use specialized steels produced by various companies as the material for the blade, and stabilized, rare wood species and legally obtained natural materials (horn, ash, bone, etc.) are used as the knife handle, as well as modern composites.
Each model of knife has a name and is produced in several sizes. Some models may be presented with variations of different materials for the blade and handle, and therefore their shape may be slightly changed, without changing the main contours and general concept.

In addition, we import and distribute materials, tools and equipment necessary for knife production in Georgia. The company “Zimori Knives” is the official representative of several well-known foreign companies in Georgia, namely: Bohlerstahl, Damasstal, Raffir and others.
