Lascha Avaliani
Lasha Avaliani, a knife-maker specializing in semi-custom and custom folding knives, learned the craft of knife-making at a very young age, guided by his father, zaza Avaliani – a renowned bladesmith. Years ago, Zaza invested a groundbreaking knife locking system, unparalleled in the world. Following his father’s unexpected passing. Lasha continued his legacy by co-founding Tsimori alongside his partners, a company dedicated to serial knife manufacturing in Georgia. He participated in Knife Show Tbilisi in 2022, 2023 and 2024, winning the prestigious “Best Folding Knife of the Year” award in 2022. Lascha participated in Tbilisi Art Knife Expo 2024. He is also a board member of the Knife Makers and Collectors Association of Georgia. Lasha Avaliani is temporarily removed from this activity due to his work situation.
